Installing: 4 alternatives to Adobe Reader

I have always created my pdf documents using a print function from my Microsoft word
application. But since I’ve discovered Buzzword Documents from Adobe reader, I will
make professional pdf’s using this great tool.
To get this great tool, you need to download and install Adobe Reader 9 on your
computer. Download the program here it is free.
>
Install the program and open it.
When open click on the following. (NB – You have to be connected to the internet!)
You will be taken to the Buzzword Screen. Here you need to register for a free account.
And then you have to log in. You will be taken to a screen that looks like this.

<a href=www.filing4africa.com” width=”752″ src=”http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/Angelgevreet/b1screen.png” />

In the top right-hand corner you will see a button "New". Click on the button. Your screen
will look like this.

INSERTING A LINK
Type the word/sentence you would like to insert a hyperlink to. Shade sentence and click
on "Insert" at the top left-hand corner to the middle, and then on "Link"
Your screen will change to this.

<a href=www.filing4africa.com” src=”http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/Angelgevreet/link.png” />

Type in the correct URL including the http:// (ie: http://www.yourlink.co.za) and then click
on "OK"

INSERTING AN IMAGE
Click on "Insert" at the top of your document and then on "image"
Your screen will change to this:

<a href=www.filing4africa.com” src=”http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/Angelgevreet/image.png” />

Select the image you want
to insert and resize at the
corners to the size the will
suit your need.

CREATING A TABLE
Click on "Insert" and then on "Table".

You can increase the amount of rows and columns by clicking on the buttons with the +
sign on them.

GENERAL:
You can add notes by clicking on "Insert" and then on "Note". Type the note directly into
the block. When done you can click anywhere on the page to exit the note.
For special characters like ë or ê you can click on "Insert" and then on "Special Character".
Choose the character you would like to use and click on "OK".
You can add headers and footers by clicking on "Insert" and then either on "Header" or
"Footer"

The most important off course is to save your document to your desktop. You can export
your document in pdf, doc, txt format.
Click on "Document" and then on "Export". Make the adjustments as you prefer and click
on "OK".

Help answer the question aboutpdf reader

How do I get Adobe Reader to read .pdf on the internet instead of Adobe Acrobat?
Every time I run into a .pdf on the internet Adobe Acrobat pops up and tells me I need to buy the product ($500!!!). When I click quit, the .pdf disappears and I can't read it. I want Adobe Reader (free) to automatically read these files instead of Acrobat. What do I do?
