		<description>i have encountered the same problem before. However as i need to deal with a lot of pdf files and extract many content and pics from pdf for using. A friend recommended me to buy anybizsoft pdf to word. That one is impressive, it can even convert protected pdf, a life saver to me.

Download adobe reader from 
http://www.filehippo.com/download_adobe_acrobat_reader/

Install it.. Close all the windows and try opening.. if u get the same problem again, try restarting your computer..</description>

If you&#039;re on a Mac, see if this is your problem.

From here, clean the ALL temp files from your PC. It may fix it.
